23 years ago I opened Midwest Converting with a business model built around the vision providing the markets we serve, additional value-drivers far beyond just converting Paper & Board from one size to another. To many of our customers, we are an extension of their business and a vital part of their organization by managing their complete supply chain challenges including SKU rationalization through converting programs.
For two decades we have served a variety of customers in the paper & and board markets. This experience allows us to have a deep understanding of the market challenges and critical touch-points that impact mills, merchants, printers, and a variety other end-users engaged in the packaging business. We have become the turn-to company for those looking to effectively develop real solutions to complex supply chain programs. We transform what some see as impossible industry challenges, into increasing value proposition in the marketplace.
We have already have seen a shift in the market, and are confident that the process of converting paper & board ‘outside the mill” will increase in the future, remain permanent, or have hefty up-charges on selected items.
