Midweek Muse #47
Hi!
We send out three cool things that we have discovered over the period of the week. We send this out every Wednesday, intended to be a mid week relief.
1.When You Are Your Own Worst Enemy?
The French philosopher Blaise Pascal once wrote, “All of humanity’s problems stem from man’s inability to sit quietly in a room alone.”
For the ancient Greeks, eudaimonia was considered the highest human good. While the word doesn’t easily translate into English, it roughly corresponds to a happy, flourishing life — to a life well-lived.
3.Random airport view
?Clicking through these random airport views all over the world is very relaxing. It's lo-fi and nostalgic and slow. I think part of its soothing effect might be the vast aerial view similar to the Overview Effect or state of awe that some astronauts experience in Space.?
