The NCR headquarter campus in Midtown's Technology Square is the frontrunner to land a new Atlanta office for global ag company Cargill, Amy Wenk reports. Minneapolis-based Cargill is the largest private company headquartered in the United States, and it has 160,000 employees worldwide. Anila Yoganathan dug into a Fulton County development authority agenda and discovered that Microsoft was seeking a major tax break to plant a data center in Union City. After some debate, the development authority approved the tax break. Anila has more intel on what Microsoft is getting , and what the company plans to do in south Fulton.

The owners of a 10-block portfolio are embarking on a $100 million plan that they hope to complete by 2026, when the World Cup will come to their doorstep .
