A new hotel development is being planned near Emory University Midtown Hospital and its Winship Cancer Institute in Atlanta, Georgia.?The two 12-story hotels are proposed for a site at West Peachtree Street and Baltimore Place in Downtown.?The hotels would bring 400 new hotel guest rooms to the market.?One building would flagged as a Hilton Motto, and the other would be flagged as a Marriott extended-stay brand, TownePlace Suites. ?Horizon Hospitality Management Inc. is the projects’ developer and, BCA-Studios is the architect.
