October seems to have flown by and we have been busy in the Midlands region, starting the month with the Vistage UK summit in Birmingham, lots of client meetings, three new People Directors about to start on the team and a Midlands team meeting to boot.

Our own Rachel Humphreys ran an engaging session to a packed room at the Vistage summit on how to Transform Your Leadership Team for Future-Proof Commercial Success, sharing ideas on how to make the tough decisions necessary to build a high-impact leadership team that can propel your organisation to the next level.

We also learned about our Working Geniuses at our team meeting, a groundbreaking new model by Patrick Lencioni that has revolutionized the way we look at work and teams and allowed us all to understand our ‘gifts’ and ‘frustrations’ to enable us to work closer together and be more fulfilled.
