Middleby Residential has named Dominic Worsley as its new UK Group Managing Director, tasked with heading up its portfolio of luxury appliance brands which includes AGA, Rangemaster, Rayburn, La Cornue, Novy and Josper.
Worsley joins Middleby Residential from Nottinghamshire-based kitchen appliances brand CDA, where his leadership over the past two years helped drive significant market share growth in the sector.
He brings a wealth of experience in sales and marketing, having held key roles across various industries. As sales director at Groupe SEB, he successfully launched Tefal into major retailers including Tesco and Amazon. He later joined Disney as marketing director, where he leveraged its media assets to create impactful retail events for assets such as High School Musical and Toy Story 3, while also rejuvenating the Winnie the Pooh brand.
Returning to the kitchen industry, Worsley led Miele UK’s marketing and retail sales teams. His efforts in redefining the company’s premium experience contributed to growing its market share. Notably, he then became the first non-German to serve as Miele’s global marketing director.
Reflecting on his new role at Middleby Residential UK, Worsley said: “I’m hugely inspired by the heritage of the AGA Rangemaster brands, along with the other premium Middleby Residential brands and the passionate individuals I’ve met so far. The launch of stunning new products and models – coupled with more than 100 years of UK manufacturing legacy – presents a wealth of opportunity. 1 周Congratulations on your achievements! One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance customer service and support, both over the phone and at your premises. I traveled a significant distance seeking help with a product but unfortunately received no assistance. While this might seem like a minor issue, I’ve heard similar feedback from several others. Great products though wishing you the very best in your new role ????????
