Launched by Dubai hoteliers Oscar Kato and Chafik Hachemi, Miftah Concierge provides a personal lifestyle service that aims to sets a new standard in personalised luxury.

There are three tiers of membership to choose from including Miftah Explorer, Miftah Premium and Miftah Elite. Jet setting visitors to the UAE can enjoy Miftah’s commitment free On Demand service, and businesses can enjoy the benefits of Miftah Corporate, a VIP and destination management service.
