Middle East, message of a friend
While the jets fly over, I stand in line at the supermarket where legions, no hordes of people (israelis) are shopping to celebrate Shukot tonight and tomorrow. In the shopping street of Zichron Ya'acov where I live, the israelis are now "enjoying" the sunshine at cafes and the shopping street.
What a paradox, while 110 km away there is a war between two idiots who are conditioned to hate each other, the Israelis enjoy a day off. What a strange place the Middle East is.
