Mid-Year Litigation News & Updates

As we reach the mid-point of the year, I hope this message finds you well.

Reflecting on the first half of 2024, we have seen significant developments and successes that I am eager to share with you in our latest newsletter.

Team Expansion:

Since January, we have welcomed several distinguished members to our team, enhancing our capabilities and expertise:

  • Todd Nosher, appointed as the Co-Chair of Intellectual Property and Brand Management
  • Lucian Chen, appointed as the Head of Patent Litigation and Prosecution
  • Jed Weiss joining as partner in the Litigation Department and will be resident in our New York Office.
  • Frank Custode, joining as partner in the Labor and Employment Department
  • James Mazewski, joining as a Litigation Associate

Expansion of Practice Areas:

Our firm continues to expand its scope of services. We've enhanced our Intellectual Property Department to include more comprehensive services in trademarks, copyrights, and patents. We're also excited about the expansion of our Landlord Tenant Law practice, which has been actively involved in numerous evictions, further solidifying our commitment to robust legal support. Additionally, our Labor and Employment Department has expanded to better assist businesses in navigating their legal landscapes.

Commitment to Client Service:

Our dedication to delivering excellent client service remains unwavering. Over the past months, our expanded team has effectively assisted businesses in overcoming challenges and seizing growth opportunities. The firm is proud that we have had a number of successes at trial and have prevailed in a number of appeals on both the federal and state levels.

Thank you for your continued trust and partnership. We look forward to what we can achieve together in the second half of the year
