We have a new and exciting opportunity for a mid-senior level UX Designer with proven product experience to join an expanding design team working on a range of products within a Consultancy environment.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years UX Design experience and will be able to play a crucial role in shaping exceptional Digital? User Experience.?
- To drive and deliver the user-centered design process from UX research and ideation to wireframing - prototyping and testing
- To collaborate closely with cross-functional?teams
- To be an advocate for the user experience?
- To apply your expertise in delivering intuitive, innovative, and impactful products?that will meet the user needs and also align with the client's goals and vision
- To conduct UX Research and the analysis of competitors/platforms/systems/apps and services
- To create personas/user stories and user journeys through UX research and data analysis
- To analyse the usability and experience of new and existing products?
- To be able to provide constructive suggestions that can be applied to the client's service and product
- To work alongside a team of UX Designers / UI Designers / Developers and copywriters to ensure exceptional UX is created
- To understand from proven experience, the product specifications and the user psychology?to find creative ways to solve complex user experience issues?
- To develop task flows, IA, and navigation structures
- To create?wireframes?and interaction prototypes?
- To conduct User Testing and gather, analyse, and present?feedback and recommendations to the team, clients, and stakeholders
- To be comfortable facilitating workshops and interviews to identify focus areas for both customers and their own customers - with the support of the Lead UX Designer
- To be excited and passionate about attending and participating in global UX meetups?
- To contribute to a welcoming, diverse, and inclusive safe working space adopting? the culture and values of the company
- To stay up to date with the latest UX trends and tools?
Qualifications / Experience:
- A design-related degree
- 3-5 years experience in UX Design with a portfolio of your works to showcase?
- Proficient?with industry tools such as Figma and Axure
- Good level of presentation skills being able to clearly and concisely present your work and articulate rationale supporting ideas, decisions, and direction?
- Excellent level of English language
- Any technical experience or knowledge of HTML/CSS and Javascript would be a bonus but not essential?
