Microsoft's poor Planning Skill

On this day, Tuesday, April 16, 2024, my anger with Microsoft is seething again. I fully understand that Microsoft had devised this marketing plan. If they had had any real sense of what they were doing, someone on their team would have advised against the liability exposure they were opening themselves up to. Just switching from Windows 10 to Windows 11/Office 365, customers lost their paid-for PowerPoint, Visio, and other software. Microsoft’s marketing plan does not preclude the rights of customers who bought software that Microsoft wants to use at a monthly charge; this plan and activity are criminal robberies.
Microsoft’s planning was poor. As I learned years ago from Henry Butch Cooke, P.P..P.P.P. Proper Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance, Microsoft should not have let Microsoft Project Professional out onto the market if their plan included erasure of customer’s one-time-purchase software in the future, forcing customers to get Microsoft Project Professional 2021, with Windows 11, Office Professional.
With this information, I’m revealing the basis for a Class-Action Suit by attorneys, the F.B.I. or the C.P.A. Consumer Protection Agency, or the U.S.A. Senate. Is anyone looking for a huge case against a techno-giant? All I want is my one-time purchase of Microsoft Project Professional and, additionally, Visio and Access, as were installed on my Windows 10 computer before the Windows 11 criminal update installation, as well as my Final Draft and complete Word Perfect Software back. I also know I’m due compensation for the destruction and non-use of my computer since I’m an everyday writer who lost hundreds of hours of productivity. ????
