Issue 22: Microsoft Teams Tip No One Talks About
Have you ever wished the screen for a meeting on your laptop was a little bigger for a Microsoft Teams meeting? Wouldn’t it be nice if the chat was easier to read or the icons for participants and video were smaller or larger (especially when a screen is shared!)? Most people have found the full screen under the three dots menu in the upper right, but this trick is lessor known. I had a hard time finding it anywhere and it’s right under our nose!
The meeting window responds to CTRL - and CTRL + just like the main Teams window does so you can make info other than the screen share smaller or larger!!! You also have full screen and focus on content settings that can help when viewing a presentation or screen share.
Let me know what you think! I bet you can’t wait for the next meeting to try this tip! Be sure to share this with others! Well damn. I've wondered this for some of our folks who have visual impairments. Now you got a way for one person who is not the presenter in the chat out of however many to be bigger so that those needing ASL can see their interpreter the same size as the presenter or the presentation itself?
