I wanted to share a YouTube video on our Teams Salesforce integration. 

The video is just under 25 minutes long, but the first 22 minutes is a great demo on the Microsoft Teams “Phone System” application. The last couple of minutes shows how it integrates with Salesforce. You’ll see how some of your users can be using the Salesforce app to make and receive calls (i.e. Call Centre agents, salespeople, etc) and others can use the Teams app.
