Breaking the bars of long-distance meeting, #Microsoft has done it again.
After helping the world connect online for over 4 years specially during the pandemic, Microsoft Teams has now made online meeting feel more “together”, well that is right, I am talking about the newly launched “Together Mode” in Microsoft #Teams at #MSIgnite, a new meeting experience that uses AI segmentation technology to digitally place each participant of the meeting in a shared background that makes it look like everyone is in the same room with each other be it online class, meetings or seminars.
Human beings crave for physical social interaction and based on this theory Microsoft has tried to bring the feeling of togetherness in a virtual way. It has tried to preserve the feeling of being social that humans have valued for a long time. A digital connection that will never be lost.
Enabling “Together Mode” in Microsoft Teams is easy, here is how you do it:
- Click on your profile and go to “Settings” tab
- Check the notification “Turn on new meeting experience” (if not currently available, wait for the feature to roll out in your city/country)
- Start a video call with at least 6 people to experience the visual effect better.
- Click on the three dots that appear on the app and select “Together Mode”
- Sit back and enjoy the new way of connecting.
If you have also tried “Together Mode”, drop your experience below. Want to catch up over “Together Mode” or over a call to discuss the latest industry trends or any web solutions? I am just a call away: +91 77629 24123
