Usually, when we see the Microsoft Teams app, we think of it as just another app for scheduling meetings and chatting with team members. But the Microsoft Teams app has been designed/developed with many features for Joining audio and video calls in a secure setting, collaborating in documents, and storing files and photos with built-in cloud storage. As mentioned in the image above, this app has some more valuable features that we don't use.

While the use of email leads to long waits for a reply, the ability to find solutions to quick questions through group chats is the most important value here.

Channels can be created and maintained, and file sharing within a channel can be viewed by everyone in that channel. And all the members of that channel can change the details contained in that file or add new details.

As mentioned above, the group app bar lets you pin personal apps to the group app bar (in the left rail) by introducing app pinning. All you have to do is find the app you want to pin for easy access, right-click on the app icon, and select 'Pin'. That way the app icon will remain in your group app bar for easy access.

I believe that the #Microsoft Teams app will help you adapt to your time management and discipline in a more effective and valuable way than other methods used so far.
