This time, the tech giant is turning its attention to the ERP and CRM market with the unveiling of?Dynamics 365 Copilot . Powered by generative AI capabilities, Copilot will enable users to draft emails, summarise Teams meetings, and build sales and marketing campaigns.
In response, Salesforce has partnered with?OpenAI ?to launch?EinsteinGPT , while Zoho informed?AIM ?of its plans to integrate generative AI capabilities into its products and services.
