Exciting Opportunity: We are thrilled to announce an exceptional opening for a Microsoft Dynamics Technical Consultant (F&O) in the Outsourcing Services industry. This hybrid role is based in Bangalore and offers a unique chance to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Microsoft Dynamics Technical Consultant (F&O), you will:

  • Design and Development: Configure, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to meet client requirements.
  • Technical Implementation: Collaborate with functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • System Integration: Develop integrations between D365 F&O and third-party systems using tools like Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, and custom APIs.
  • Code Management: Follow DevOps best practices, maintain code repositories, and manage builds and deployments using tools like Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
  • Troubleshooting and Optimization: Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring optimal performance of the system.
  • Documentation and Support: Develop and maintain technical documentation, and provide end-user training and support as required.

Technical and Personal Skills Required:

  • Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O technical roles.
  • Expertise in Development: Proficiency in X++, MorphX, and Visual Studio for customizations and development.
  • Integration Skills: Solid understanding of integrations using Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps, and custom APIs.
  • Performance Optimization: Strong knowledge of SQL and database performance optimization techniques.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex systems.
  • Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices in system implementations.
  • Documentation: Expertise in creating detailed technical designs, user guides, and release notes.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, team collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate certification is highly valued.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for ALM processes.
  • Knowledge of Power BI for data analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with integration tools like KingswaySoft, Scribe, or similar.
  • Understanding of DevSecOps and CI/CD tools like GitHub or Bitbucket is a plus.

Compensation:

This role offers a competitive salary in the range of ?18-25 LPA, depending on experience and qualifications.
