It is a very exciting time of growth for our Global Business Applications (GBA) team, and we are currently hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central?Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership for our growing team.??

What will my role be?

As a Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Solutions Architect, you will play an integral leadership role in growing our Dynamics 365 BC practice and will assist with client strategy, proposals, engagement kick-off, technical architecture and support, and solution deployment.?This role can be located anywhere in the United States or Canada.??

What are my responsibilities?

• Participating in the pre-sales process including preparation of proposals and statements of work
• Leading demos/strategy conversations for clients and prospects
• Assisting with pre-implementation activities including business requirements planning (BRP) as required
• Acting as a communication point between the functional and technical teams to ensure that world-class solutions are delivered to our clients
• Providing consulting, implementation and technical guidance including the reporting components
• Acting as the technical lead and implementing solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC application software modules
• Developing and configuring Business Central modules, including assessing and selecting third-party extensions as required
• Leading testing procedures, including the development of internal test scripts, testing software releases and functions
• Providing pre-go-live and post-go-live support for end users, and assisting with documentation as required
• Leading client training and end user adoption as required

What’s required?

• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience including at least 1 full lifecycle implementation of Dynamics BC
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting and/or extensive experience in an accounting role or a professional accounting designation
• Demonstrated initiative and business acumen
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ERP implementation principles, practices and methodologies?
• Competence with analysis tools such as SSRS, cubes and PowerBI
• Experience training end-users on software applications
• A credible, professional presence and ability to develop productive customer and team relationships at all levels of an organization
• Strong desire to make a difference and be part of a team, but also the ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solving, analytical, time management, and organizational skills
• Limited travel
