We are seeking a skilled and certified Microsoft Azure Mid-Level Consultant to join our team and assist in designing and delivering Azure projects for our Switzerland-based client. As a Mid-Level Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing Azure solutions and providing technical expertise in various Azure services.

Key Responsibilities:

Azure Solution Implementation: Design, deploy, and manage Azure solutions for our Switzerland-based client, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and client requirements.

Certification Compliance: Ensure that all team members hold the mandatory certifications specified by the client, including

MS-100/MS-102 (Identity and Services) and

AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals).

Additional Certification Acquisition: Encourage and support team members in obtaining additional certifications, such as

AI-900, MB-910/MB-920 (Dynamics 365 Fundamentals),

MD-100/MD-101 (Windows Clients and Managing Modern Desktops),

PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals),

AZ-305 (Designing Azure Infrastructure Solutions),

AZ-104 (Azure Administrator Associate),

AZ-500 (Azure Security Technologies),

DP-900 (Azure Data Fundamentals),

MS-700 (Managing Microsoft Teams),

MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals), and

SC-900 (Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals).

Expertise Showcase: Demonstrate a high level of proficiency and commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest Azure technologies by acquiring multiple certifications.

Client Interaction: Engage in first-level interviews with the Global Talent Solutions (GTS) team and participate in second-level interviews conducted by Microsoft to showcase your depth of knowledge and expertise in implementing Azure solutions.

Project Opportunities: Enhance the organization's chances of selection for a diverse range of projects by possessing a wide range of certifications, showcasing expertise in various Azure services and solutions.

Azure Migration and Management: Provide expertise in business application migrations, data migration to SharePoint Online, mail migration to Exchange Online, and Microsoft Intune.

Specialized Areas: Possess knowledge and experience in specialized areas, such as Azure for SAP Workloads and Azure IoT Developer Specialty, to cater to select positions and unique project requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing Azure solutions.
• Mandatory certifications: MS-100/MS-102 (Identity and Services) and AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals).
• Additional certifications in various Azure domains, as specified by the client.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with the client and team members.
• Willingness to work remotely from India and travel to Switzerland if required (1 or 2 short trips).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
