【Lansheng Technology News】Recently, Micron announced the launch of the 7500 NVMe SSD suitable for data center workloads, mainly for data center storage applications, including cloud servers and enterprise servers.
Micron's 7500 series products use 232-layer 3D NAND flash memory chips, which adopt CuA architecture and use NAND string stacking technology. The new technology can greatly reduce the chip size of NAND flash memory and help reduce costs.
According to Micron, this series of SSDs has a 6x9 QoS latency of less than 1ms, a maximum sequential read speed of 7GB/s, a write speed of 5.9GB/s (97% higher than competitors), and a maximum random read of 1100K IOPS (high 13% out) and 410K write IOPS (242% higher).
