Microchipping Success & More!

Our first, free 2024 cat microchipping event was a huge success. Thank you so much to the Pelton Community Centre, Michelle & Sally from Felledge Animal Centre, Maria from Medivet Chester-le-Street, and our local inspectors, Trevor & Helen for helping out on the day.

We will be announcing our next free microchipping event very soon (likely in the Sunderland area), which will operate via a drop-in system - so please keep your eyes peeled for more info. Follow our social channels on Facebook and Instagram to stay up to date.

We are also taking part in a new Crowdfunder appeal, which helps support the branch to continue offering hands-on welfare events like this one, as well as our regular schemes such as assisted neutering, and our pet food bank. Any donation is very much appreciated. We now have over 600 subscribers to our email newsletter. Perhaps we're all going quackers?? We can't say much more just yet, but we have some brilliant family-fun plans this summer that you really don't want to miss. We will be announcing more as soon as we pen an official date in the diary. But we can say, that we'll be asking you to bring your kids, your dogs, your best fancy dress, and your competitive game-faces down to a local burn for some flipping good fun! Watch this space!
