Expanding on #2. Team - with our recruiting philosophy, we have built a team of talented, passionate, fun-to-work-with people.

We hire for: drive, intellectual curiosity, and folks who can work in a very collaborative team environment.

At RockIT, 80% of our hires are the result of 2 recruiters working together, so it is critical to be surrounded by a great team.

Most recruiting agencies take this approach to building their teams: hire inexperienced recruiters in bulk, let them learn by doing and they either sink or swim. Repeat often to account for constant turnover.

At RockIT, our strategy is different: be thoughtful about who we hire and how we assess recruiters, give training and support, provide a career path for recruiters to develop new skills and responsibilities while also allowing them autonomy and flexibility to develop their own style.
