Every corporation has its own corporate culture that top leaders expect the entire corporation to operate under. At the same time every department within the larger company exhibits a sub-culture.

This video shows a traditional supervisor. Notice the controlling aspect of the supervisor which places little or no emphasis on the talents of the individual employee.

This video is excellent in illustrating traditional managers. Use it as a discussion starter to draw out people’s feelings about the traditional management culture.
