Mickey mouse’s head shape reminded me somethings

Yesterday I bought a cup for my son , and I found Mickey mouse’s head shape show in Disney product.

It reminded me something.

5 years ago, I got a task for designing a Mickey mouse’s head shape cap mold which need automatic close the cap during the production, and I couldn’t find a similar product like it .In that time , I had never designed a mold that need automatic close, so it is all new for me. Looking at the screen, doing nothing for a day.Searched for automatic close struct in the mold and studied it .Made a struct for release the Mickey mouse’s ear and a struct for close the cap in the mold . It costed much time.

I Leaned 3 ways to handle things from it, and the ways are still useful for me.

1,Thinking before doing( handling normal things);

2.Leave it aside for a time , then rethinking it again;(Handling difficult things)

3.Divide the things , do what you know to do, then do 1-2-3-1-2- 3……，until solve it. (Handling you don’t know things)
