Michigan Basketball Fans Are Ecstatic - At Least For Now

John Beilein who?  That’s what most Michigan Men’s Basketball Fans are saying after their Wolverines dismantled three high quality opponents at the Battle for Atlantis in the Bahamas the past three days.  New Head Coach Juwan Howard has the Wolverines firing on all cylinders after his team defeated Iowa State, North Carolina, and Gonzaga to win the Tournament.  Michigan should find itself in the Top 5 in the new Top 25 Poll which will be released on Monday.  A #1 Ranking is even possible.  It doesn’t get any easier for Michigan as the Wolverines play at Louisville on Tuesday night in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge.  Win or lose Michigan is here to stay this season led by the trio of seniors Jon Teske and Zavier Simpson and junior Isaiah Livers.  The rest of the Big Ten better watch out as Michigan is only going to get better as the season progresses.  Can this team’s senior leadership lead it back to the Final Four?  Only time will tell.
