For a Michelin star Restaurant in Berkshire, UK, 1 Chef de Partie OR Demi Chef, 1 pastry chef, 1 chef de rang(B' or A' waiter) and 1 jr Sommelier are wanted.

The Company

This is a michelin star restaurant in Berkshire.

The restaurant has 50 seats and offer a selection of menus from the lunchtime menu du jour to the more elaborate tasting menus with up to 10 courses.

It has been home to a handful of world class Michelin starred chefs since it evolved from rectory to restaurant some 37 years ago. The rich culinary history is still entwined with the restaurant's experience as traditional values and classic flavour combinations mix with contemporary menus and a relaxed, friendly vibe.

Requirements

Fine experience is required, be presentable and have charismatic personalities.

Good English required. The client is happy to do skype interviews for candidates that do not reside in the UK.

What is offered

* The salary for the Chef de partie and the Pastry Chef is up to ￡22.000/annum gross depending on experience. If Demi then salary is ￡17.000/annum gross

* The salary for Commis Sommelier is ￡16-18.000/annum gross depending on experience.

* The salary for the Chef de Rang ￡16.5-18500/annum gross depending on experience.

5 days/week, 2 off (Sunday-Monday).

Accommodation available with rent around ￡350 per month. Single room with shared kitchen & bathroom either near or in a 10-15’ min walking distance.
