Michael's Light The Night Fundraiser
Join me in bringing light to the darkness of cancer by donating towards my fundraising efforts in support of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Light The Night.
As some of you may or may not know a few years back my oldest son Robert was diagnosed with a rare form of blood cancer called Essential Thrombocytosis. Well, when he heard the word CANCER he was devastated. So not knowing what to do he called a good friend at LLS and she immediately put him in touch with the right people. Fast forward almost 3 years and Rob’s cancer is well under control with medication. Medication found by doing expensive research. This year we are proud to be participating in the LLS Light the Night.
Funds raised through Light The Night allow LLS to fund treatments for patients who are suffering from all forms of blood cancers. Since 2017, LLS has helped advance 85% of the blood cancer treatment options approved by the FDA.
