The last months have been very intense to staff the teams with the best talents and to shape a methodology and framework how we will run the conceptual design (in addition to the overall program planning, of course).
Starting the new year fully energized we currently are running with Solution Design teams, Global Process owners and Country Business champions a boot camp training to equip them with the right methods and tools to design for value and impact.
During the training sessions we educate our teams on how the program is structured and organized with roles and responsibilities, how to involve key country representation and how to approach change management, what project methodology and tools to be used and what technology solutions are in scope.
By applying agile ways of working we will shape the design around a series of sprints. We educated the teams how to
??design future processes with defined metrics, considering internal control frameworks
??capture user requirements including reporting & analytics
??conduct ‘fit-to-standard’ challenges to leverage as much as possible out-of-the-box solutions
??conduct decision making and run change impact assessments

Few months for me on board: this is a huge, amazing, once-in-a-lifetime (scary?) project ? Just ?? how purposeful it is ? Setting up a ?? team of 500+ associates for the project + business champions + external support ?? ? Focusing first on culture, values, OneTeam mindset ?? ? Impressive onboarding & training efforts for all new joiners ?? ? Creating the right gov., operating model, tools under agile methodology ? Segmenting, selecting priorizing the processes / activities / systems / data to tackle first ? Such a structured and rigorous approach to create the key design decisions Not surprising to see so many of us fully energized and ready to contribute Let’s rock ??
