Michael Johnson Appointed as COO

The Arrive team is pleased to announce that Michael Johnson is stepping into the role of Chief Operating Officer. Michael joined the Arrive team in January and his industry knowledge, work ethic and unique ability to make meaningful relationships across the business has allowed him to make a significant impact quickly.

Michael has nearly two decades of experience in the freight brokerage industry with prominent logistics firms. Michael has held senior leadership roles on both the business development and carrier functions, including executive positions overseeing operations and strategy, as well as leading integrations through multiple acquisitions.

In his role with Arrive, Michael’s core focus will include, but is not limited to, financial planning, legal, and partner relations along with enhancing operational efficiency. We all look forward to working closely with Michael and seeing all of the contributions he will make to the growth and long-term success of the organization. His leadership will quickly have an impact in all parts of the business and help drive our service and execution standards for our employees and transportation partners.
