Danesi Caffe has secured 5,000 sqft in Deer Park, New York. Michael Freedberg of Suffolk Industrial Properties represented the tenant in this transaction. Danesi is a fast growing coffee brand based in Rome, Italy. New York represents their third US distribution point after LA and Miami.

Danesi was looking for a high bay warehouse space with good access to highways. Loading dock and testing rooms for their equipment were requirements. After a long search, Michael and the executives at Danesi finally found the perfect space.
