DRPG’s strong entry in this competitive category focused on glowing client testimonials and great work delivered that impressed the judges.
A leader in events and experiences for over 42 years, DRPG boasts a dedicated team of 370, including 250 seasoned professionals. The agency’s ongoing success is attributed to the collaborative effort of a team that embodies its ‘anything’s possible’ philosophy and commitment to excellence. More than 75% of the team have a tenure of five years or more.
DRPG excels in delivering award-winning experiences for B2B, B2C, and B2E audiences, offering end-to-end services from conferences and exhibitions to brand experiences and virtual solutions.
In 2023, it delivered 750 projects and celebrated winning 48 awards recognising its creativity and sustainability efforts. DRPG’s success lies not only in executing events but in its commitment to team development, sustainability, innovation, and social responsibility.
The agency invests heavily in team development through robust internal communications, monthly ‘Hangouts’ and company conferences, fostering a culture of honesty and continuous improvement.

Best Internal Communications Event – EE Live 2023
EE Live used to be a one-day event. It was always hosted at the NEC, and it reached around 6,000 people at leadership level. For 2023, DRPG worked with EE to transform the event into a dynamic six-month project, engaging 24,000 EE team members and embracing inclusivity and community-centric values.
The objectives for EE Live were ambitious – to achieve greater exposure and have a more sustained business impact, launch a new brand identity, extend the experience to all regions, and recognise high achievers.
EE Live comprised a brand broadcast launch, a Summer of Founders roadshow, and the Spotlight Awards. The launch broadcast was live to 20,000 employees, and the Summer of Founders roadshow took the experience and personal, local messaging to employees in person.
Drawing 12,85 attendees across 197 sessions and 38 locations, the roadshow’s informative and motivational impact resonated, with positive feedback from EE highlighting the power of integration in engaging diverse audiences.
The hybrid Spotlight Awards was the grand finale, reaching 20,000 online viewers alongside 800 in-person attendees. Participant engagement was prioritised at every stage, ensuring an inclusive and captivating event.
On average, the event received a 4.5 star rating out of 5, with 93% of those who attended saying they felt excited, proud and confident following the roadshow, and 92% said they wanted to take an active part in the future of the new EE.
Judges said EE Live was a “great display of technical, creative storytelling that appealed to a wide audience that in turn produced a great sense of inclusivity.”
