Raze is coming to Miami for the
DCENTRAL Conferences
and #artbasel. We extend the invitation to connect and learn more about how we're radically streamlining fundraising. Founded this April, the Raze team has been building a platform that brings crowdfunding ease to private offerings and amplifies them by using NFTs to give investments additional utility.
Who are we looking to connect with?
- Founders - If you are raising capital for your business we would like to connect. Whether you're a web3 project or a traditional brick and mortar business we aim to give you tools to be able to package and close your deal like never before.
- Incubators & Accelerators - If you are a part of an incubator or accelerator that helps founders prepare for investment we would like to connect. We envision the day when all your participants will have a private Raze listing ready for demo day so that after giving the pitch of their lifetime they will have a way to capture and close investment. We recently partnered with the UCLA Anderson Venture Accelerator and are looking for more partnerships like this. White label opportunities are available.
- Angel & VC Investors - If you are actively investing we would like to connect. Raze is a platform for investors and entrepreneurs to connect and transact. We have identified friction points including document access for due diligence, document signing, payments, and proof-of-investments. Our purpose is to save you time, make sure you're best informed, and make the investment process frictionless. By the end of Q4 2022, we are launching a membership offering for investors to provide private access to all deals on the platform. We will be whitelisting the first 250 investors by invitation.
- Media & Content Creators - Our intentions are two fold. First, we have a very interesting story to tell that your audience is very likely interested in. 2) We want to help you succeed and would like to explore using our tech to help you raise capital for your business.
- Artists - Whatever your medium might be, we love creators and are looking to help you succeed. Whether you would like to offer ownership in a collection and its sale proceeds, or offer a PFP membership/access NFT to your community lets talk.
