Miami Heat coach Erik Spoelstra has parted ways with his Coconut Grove home for $2.475 million, which is $125,000 lower than his purchase price about nine months ago.
Spoelstra sold the home after moving to an unspecified waterfront residence, according to The Real Deal. The historic 5,432-square-footer returned to the market in early January asking $2.7 million. Built in the 1930s, it has five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and is canopied by towering oaks.
While Spo may be experiencing some buyer’s remorse after losing a nice chunk of cash in the transaction, the same cannot be said for the Miami Heat, which is currently riding an incredible 11-game winning streak after the franchise extended the coach’s contract last summer.
The hottest team in the NBA will look to make it a dozen in a row tonight in Milwaukee.
