'mHealth' -need to make the difference to reach the unreachable

Digitization in Life Sciences arena is no one-stop shop. Every step of the patient journey should be treated uniquely for technology to have a positive, transformational effect. 

My best hands on scenario to date- exploring hundreds of available Mobile technologies globally and deploying during Global emergency - 'Ebola' - on the ground assessing the feasibility of a using a mobile digital platform for clinical trial data collection in a low-resource setting. 

Reminiscing my Sept 2014 trip to Lagos- Nigeria and Yaounde -Cameroon, supporting WHO team, using some available Digital technologies to track, monitor patient care. Each time we enter a village we’re greeted by one of the most frightening moments knowing that we’re surrounded by people who have been in contact with the deadly virus but may not have been traced. But then we look into the eyes of the people full of hope and we’re reminded about why we do what we do: to make a difference by reaching the unreachable.

I refer to this article every time to benchmark/self-gauze, while I'm building the futuristic platforms, in the process of reaching the unreachable.
