Our product withdrawal commitment to intermediaries from Chief Executive Iain Kirkpatrick .
As the challenges surrounding the mortgage market show no sign of letting up, I want to give my commitment and assurance to our intermediary partners that MHBS will provide as much notice as possible before withdrawing products and at least 24 hours’ notice.
It’s difficult to watch the impact on intermediaries and their clients unfold again as quick decisions are needed and work/life balance and mental health is compromised to manage the fallout. It’s easy to understand why The Association of Mortgage Intermediaries is calling for a minimum 24 hours’ notice for product changes and withdrawals.
As a specialist lender, trust and communication between us and you, our valued intermediary partners, is key to delivering the best outcome for clients. To make life as easy as possible for you, your clients and our colleagues we will only ever make changes between 9.00am-5.00pm during the working week - and you’ll hear it from us first!
