Job Description
?We are seeking a part-time or full-time Senior Clastic Sedimentologist to join our team in Perth, WA. Your role will involve generating, compiling, and interpreting geological data to achieve project success, either as standalone projects or?within a multidisciplinary effort. We are seeking a self-motivated individual at home in a small team environment, with a questioning mindset and a willingness to challenge traditional approaches.?
?While you will be based at our Perth office, you will maintain a dynamic relationship with our Senior Sedimentologist in Brisbane, and work with teams at all other sites. Despite the geographical distances, we foster a culture of open communication and collaboration between our teams. For some projects, interstate or international travel may be required.?

Key Responsibilities
?Conduct core description at various scales, facies analysis, grain size analysis, depositional modelling, and other sedimentological tasks.

Qualifications and Experience
?A solid background in Clastic Sedimentology with over 10 years of experience in a commercial and/or academic setting.
