?? Supporting Innovation at the local level ??

Article

While major cities have been the go-to hubs for innovation, often monopolising talent and resources, we’re now seeing more localised innovation hubs popping up in smaller communities and cities. These smaller, local ecosystems come with their own benefits, including opportunities for closer collaboration and reduced competition.

Check out this article, recently written by Metta's Head of Partnerships, Matt Briggs, for Startups Magazine - on the topic of investing in and building strong local innovation ecosystems.

Matt highlights 3 key steps based on his own practical experience, that you should take to help build a strong local innovation ecosystem:

?? Understanding who and what you’re working with

?? Invest in local spaces and infrastructure to facilitate creativity and collaboration

?? Create opportunities to build and nurture relationships

If you’re interested in building or engaging your own innovation ecosystem, send us a message here on LI or book an office hours (online call) with us via the website www.metta.partners - we’d love to collaborate!
