METRUS Vacuum Tester Mobile VTM

Testing valves does not mean to work always with high pressures. Especially when we talk about breather valves, which are installed on huge tanks. Here it must be secured that the breather valve will open already at very low pressures measured in mbar to avoid damages on the tank. But in this case we are not talking only about over pressures which arise during the filling process of a tank. We are talking also about under pressures / vacuum, which will arise during the draining process in the tank. To avoid bigger damages, the precise adjustment of breather valves is required.

For this purpose, we have developed our vacuum test unit VTM. This unit can be used stationary on already existing valve test benches, but it can be used also mobile.
