This Java 8 program uses the fillOval method. The fillOval routine x and y

coordiates cause the geometric figure skew southeast by 15 points. To compensate for this anomaly, the x nd y coordinates must skew northwest by 15 points. The 3rd and 4th parameters are for the radius. Each of the 7 hexagon centers has several concentric circles.
