The metamorphosis of light.

The metamorphosis of light.

Knowledge is created from characters who communicate a message. Characters who tell a life story. A life story made up of an infinite number of moments. A life story, possible to be subdivided into an infinite number of phases, which packaged are symbols that collect a juxtaposition of disordered knowledge and experiences, which complies with the Uncertainty Principle. Only one variable can be set; time, or distance.

To be brought to the plane of creation, these packages of knowledge and experiences must be brought both by the instruments and methodologies offered by the Sciences, and by those provided by the disciplines that make up Art.

The process of Creation, unlike that of Ideation, has both a day and a night, a Sun, a Moon, and a planet Earth. In the current era, the Age of Knowledge, and better known as the Digital Age, "the egg" has not yet been born, although "the chicken" was already born a few years ago. The cultural and social movement that must precede a transformation, such as the Digital Transformation, is not yet in sight.

The same LIGHT at the end of the tunnel that modern society seeks, in its faith, in its spirit of hope, is obscured by that which precedes a revelation. I'm not talking about mysticisms. I'm talking about a revelation like the one that makes us blink rapidly once, and move our head sideways frantically for a few thousandths of a second; the one that makes us feel like we have made a new neural connection; I'm talking about those revelations that make us "see things in a different way", and that make us feel that "it is a way that is more faithful to reality, the one we are now seeing" (State 1) compared to the one we had before (State 0).

This cultural and social birth (or Renaissance, or Renaissance 2.0) does not occur due to a problem of semantics, not of syntax. Mr. Vincenzo N. explained it to me very well.

Let's put it this way: it is easier to "enter" society, our friends, our brothers, our parents, our children, from MAGIC, than from Mathematics. I say this even though I really like Mathematics, and I think it is magical. But, obviously, and here my own perception of life, the vast majority of people find it difficult to admire this discipline.

Now, Digital Transformation is nothing more, nor less, than one more transition phase in the gears of our evolutionary process. That process that transcends our existential questions, and that it is difficult for us to feel as our own, because it goes beyond what we can answer.

We must count the Digital Transformation as a continuation of the knowledge we have obtained about LIGHT. We are currently experiencing, and for several decades, the metamorphosis of light. Digitalization is a successive phase to the transformation process that began (so to speak, because it is actually a continuation of the previous one) with the replacement of candles with lamps. Today electricity is as common to us as the Sun and the Moon. That's where we're headed with digitalization.

The end of the phase that characterizes the Age of Knowledge is the incorporation of digital technology as we have done with electricity (a process that, as you will see, is still far from complete, we have just begun to see the first electric cars, and the path It is long, since the limits to be broken are found in our society, and consequently in the economic-productive systems that each region chooses to adopt). I am referring, for example, to the incorporation of AI as we have incorporated and assimilated into LED lamps. Without fear. When works of art valued at millions of dollars tell the story of those who made digital technology and light the best ally of nature, and the first artisans are born.

Well, the great geniuses, the greatest gurus, the famous leaders of current companies, of the most important multinationals in the world, are too far from the base of the pyramid to empathize with society, which is always the one that drives, and gives the green light to change.

The story that we should tell our society, our parents, children, grandparents, siblings, and friends, is that the Digital Transformation is about the knowledge that human beings are, and were able to discover, to manipulate nature with such a degree of magic that it turned a series of rocks on a mountain into invisible rays of light that travel at surreal speeds, to show me in real time the eyes of the person I love, more than 14,000 km away, and smile at my soul.

A series of silver, gold, and copper rocks, melted by fire, molded by machines, as medieval artisans did. Balls of thread of interconnected rocks, forming the roads along which pulses of light circulate; orchestrated like the Berlin Philharmonic, launching a series of vibrations into the sky; a symbol that transforms into vibration; a Techno music DJ in front of a sea of people.

Magically, in another network of threads of rocks, that symbol reaches deep into the unconscious of the other person, the recipient, or millions of recipients. It reaches the soul of your loved one, or your millions of friends in real time, faithful to the reality that it traveled through a great network of rock threads, it became a symbol, it traveled like a beam of invisible light, vibrating to the sky , and returned, without distractions, to earth again, to another place, with accuracy, and precision.

When I referred to the semantic error of current leaders to promote Digital Transformation, and direct it towards a positive impact on our economic and social system and especially, towards our nature, I was explicitly referring to directing our energy towards the creation of a new space for technology to flourish, and be reborn, thus welcoming a new period of progress.

Make our friends, brothers, mothers, and fathers fall in love with knowledge, like alchemists, fall in love with the functioning of nature, with the richness of our imagination, and continually seek to increase their abilities to interact with it, as a musician with his instrument, interacting with the wind, like a plastic artist does modeling clay, modeling the earth, like a poet does writing in a stone paper book, enjoying the freshness of the trees, like a computer programmer does when he orchestrates the journey of light beams that will travel as invisible vibrations to every corner of our planet...and beyond.

Call knowledge to action, creating the "Butterfly Garden", a space where butterflies choose to go, and not go out frantically hunting for butterflies. This is the current challenge of Digital Transformation, that of the great, and true, leaders.

The technological world has the possibility of inspiring dreams, of making magic in our cities, of reborning a cultural and social movement, young, fresh, and with a positive mentality, which has Nature as its favorite muse to develop skills, live experiences, acquire, and share knowledge.
