Report (AICPA, Description Criteria), (description criteria) and the suitability of the design and operating effectiveness of controls stated in the description throughout the period October 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, to provide reasonable assurance that Metafile’s service commitments and system requirements were achieved based on the trust services criteria relevant to Security (applicable trust services criteria) set forth in TSP section 100, 2017 Trust Services Criteria for Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy (AICPA, Trust Services Criteria).The SOC 2 audit was conducted by A-LIGN, the leading provider in cybersecurity compliance trusted by more than 4,000 global organizations to help mitigate cybersecurity risks.
