- As you might know, I have been investigating and exposing medical corruption and human rights abuses in the Australian public hospital system for more than 25 years. This is in addition to my investigations into disease creation in Australia and overseas.

- I have paid a high price for 'speaking truth to power'. This includes numerous punitive incarcerations as a 'mental patient' and malicious labels of serious psychotic illnesses including schizophrenia. This followed a criminal conspiracy by members of my family who were employed by the public hospital system in Brisbane and Melbourne.

- The four family members who initially conspired to get me labelled as mentally ill/mad, locked up, discredited, disparaged, humiliated, dispossessed and denied my work as a family doctor back in 1995 (in Melbourne were:
- 1. Dr. Brian Senewiratne (my father)
- 2. Dr. Shireen Senewiratne (my sister)
- 3. Dr. Robert Purssey (my sister's de-facto)
- 4. Dr. Chelvarayan Barr-Kumarakulasnghe (aka 'Dr Barr') who died in Melbourne last
- year.

- I have conclusive proof of this conspiracy in the form of documents, diaries, videos and photos.

- I have read that a legal maxim states that "justice delayed is justice denied".

- I have uncovered evidence that the 30-year war in Sri Lanka was orchestrated by my father, who publicly declared his ambition to be appointed the "foundation professor of medicine" in the new nation of 'Tamil Eelam' if the LTTE (Tamil Tigers) won the separatist war in Sri Lanka (at a rally organized by the LTTE in Canada in 2008).

- I also have evidence that he was responsible for the massacre of hundreds (some estimates are 3000) of Tamil people in Colombo in July 1983 ('Black July') in order to radicalize what he called "sleeping Tamils" and "Colombo 7 Tamils" and get them to support his war plan.
