I have been informed that I am to attend the Holland Park Magistrates Court tomorrow (4 November 2022) for a mention in an application for an 'enforcement order' for not complying with illegal, malicious and unreasonable demands by the Brisbane City Council 'Environmental Health Officer' Nghia Tran and her boss Paul Moloney.?
The reports of 'investigations' by Tran over the past 2 years and her affidavits are factually untrue and fail to mention that I am a medical doctor, having graduated at the University of Queensland in 1983 after being a scholarship?and prize-winning student at school in both Sri Lanka and Australia.?
The complaints Tran has been acting on have been made by hostile neighbours who are prejudiced against me and have made numerous false reports about me over the past 14 years. These have resulted in my being falsely arrested and locked up in the psychiatry wards of the Princess Alexandra Hospital more than 30 times. I am now suffering from Parkinsonism and other health problems from?long-acting 'antipsychotic' injections that?have been forced on me for more than 25 years,?despite the?fact that I have never been psychotic or mentally ill. However I have courageously spoken out (and written about) medical and pharmaceutical corruption as well as human rights abuses, unethical medical experimentation, eugenics and genocide of Aboriginal people and dark-skinned people in Africa, Asia and Melanesia:
I have also been robbed of valuables repeatedly after the police left my house open after abducting me. In addition, the flocks of parrots that I had tamed such that they ate out my hand were trapped or killed. I have extensive documentary and photographic evidence of this.
Nghia Tran told me she had 'no comment' about the trapping and trafficking of birds, while the police told me it was not a police matter, as did employees of the BCC.

In her affidavits Tran refers to me as 'Mr Senewiratne' and 'Romesh' rather than doctor. This is especially important due to the fact that she and her mob have alleged that my place poses a 'public health risk', based on her interpretation of a 2005 Act. It does not, and her affidavit fails to mention the businesses I have established here over the past 14 years, including Dr Romesh's Bird Sanctuary, Cosmopolitan Green Ecology (including my frog-breeding project),?the Holistic University Network and other Golden Ant Enterprises:
For these reasons and?more, I am urging rejection of the application for an 'enforcement order' against me.
