A Message from You [3 months from now]

A Message from You [3 months from now]

I can't believe it!!

It wasn't even that difficult! It just goes to show the bullshit doesn't it.

I struggled with this for ages but never really made it a priority. And I definitely never made this much progress.

Work and family always came first - never myself.

I let myself go and it showed in my appearance, decision making, energy, and actions.

It's amazing what I've done in 3 months.

  • I feel so much lighter on my feet with that sack of weight gone.
  • I sleep at least 7 hours a night consistently and don't want to collapse by 4pm the next day or eat copious amounts of food in the evening.
  • I have energy to spare and share with my family too.
  • I can even comfortably wear those old tops and shirts again which is a bonus!

Thing is,

..I didn't even need a gym

..or rabbit food

..or to give up a drink on the weekend and the odd pizza or burger.

I just needed to tweak a few small things and someone to make sure I did exactly that.

Someone to keep me accountable to my f***ing word.

That's all I needed. It wasn't rocket science.

Crazy, because I thought I needed a diet plan and a PT before and I just knew I couldn't stick to a 'diet' and Personal Training.. they just wouldn't work for me.

Thank god I made the decision to change, to take a leap and invest in myself and my future.

I've got a lifestyle and way of living now that I can continue on myself.

If I had one thing to say to myself 3 months ago when I needed help it would be this:

Stop making excuses to avoid change, you're responsible for your situation, make the decision to get help or do nothing - but if you choose to do nothing, do it without an excuse.

You [3 months ahead of now]

Note from Ryan:

Getting help doesn't mean buying coaching from me.

It just means talking like normal humans do to see what you struggle with and what your needs are - this conversation can save you months [even years and decades] of doing the wrong stuff.

If you want to talk, drop me a message here on Linked In and tell me what you're struggling with - whether it's eating habits, poor motivation, lack of time or something else.
