On 05/05/2022, Teleglobal completes six years—a significant milestone that underscores our core values and the customer satisfaction we have achieved, for both domain ISP and Cloud.

Congratulations to all Teleglobal resources, your hard work, commitment, and talent have made this occasion possible.

Today is also a result of our three primary values – ethical behavior, transparency in all our practices, and consistency in all our decision-making. Our adherence to these principles has driven our consistent success during the past six years.

Like every organization, Teleglobal too has had its share of ups and downs, during our six-year journey. But the tough times have brought out our resilience. I’m proud, and humbled by the way every member of the Teleglobal family pulls together no matter how dire the situation. The past two years especially come to mind. Our people were not just contributing intellectually but were also emotionally vested in taking on never-before challenges. As they say, tough times never last; tough people do. And here we are, proof that the adage is true.

A Brief Look Back

Over the past few years, I have seen us continuously improving on the quality delivery of our services as a company. There have been significant changes in the way of doing business and in customer demands, but we have not just adapted, we have flourished.

We have also bid goodbye to some of our colleagues and they will be missed. But we have also welcomed new faces, new talent.

I’m especially proud of our customer success rate. This has been possible only because we believe in prioritizing our customers’ interest before our own. Whenever a client reaches out to us with their problems, our fundamental objective is to understand their pain points and provide the most appropriate solution. Not only has it led to a consistent success rate, it is also the primary reason our clients love us.

2021 has been a defining year in terms of our technology strength too. We earned important certifications for teleglobal, such as membership in AWS’s Advanced Partner Network, as well as 40+ AWS professional certifications. These achievements attest to our capabilities and bolster our in the market, as the addition of top-notch clients to our clientele roster will testify.  

Looking Ahead

We plan to set up an integrated team for both, i.e., India and US offices, in the near future. We have clear business plans, and we are continuously investing in securing new talent and winning marquee clients worldwide.

We will continue to build on the work on our achievements, and prioritizing customer success will remain the foundation of our long-term strategy.

We have set our standards high, strived hard to achieve them, and we can take pride in our achievements and be confident of who we are.
