A Message from Fishbowl’s CEO, Peter Osberg

Dear Fishbowl customers,?

I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself as the new CEO of Fishbowl and express my gratitude for the opportunity to work with an?extraordinary group of people?who are dedicated to improving our products and services for you, our customers, every day.??

As we all know, small to mid-sized businesses are the backbone of our global economy. We are proud to serve thousands of customers who wake up each day committed to positively impacting local communities. You are continually spurring economic activity and growth, supplying jobs, putting forth philanthropic efforts, and maintaining supply chains, and we understand our critical role in supporting these efforts. We are committed to constantly improving our services to meet your evolving needs.?

To that end, I am excited to share some of the areas we are investing in, starting with our products. We are proud to offer Fishbowl Drive for Warehousing, a cloud-based solution for our small business warehousing customers, and Fishbowl Payments for our Advanced product, allowing our customers to collect money more quickly through payment links on sales orders. We have also recently acquired Sellware, a global provider of omnichannel shopping cart and marketplace solutions, which we will be working to integrate into our product offerings in the coming months.?

In addition to product improvements, we are investing in our support and training services. We have been working hard on hiring and reorganizing our US based Support team, so we can support you better and faster.? During this process, we uncovered that more than 50% of our support calls are for additional product training, not traditional support questions. Which leads to our next big announcement.?

We’re excited to launch a new self-service support/training portal this spring! This portal will offer hundreds of how-to videos created to help new customers onboard more quickly and existing customers relearn features or discover new capabilities of our products.? We expect this intuitive and comprehensive library of content will allow our customers to self-discover highly valuable training and support information.? Thanks in advance for your patience during this process.?

These are just a few of the investments we are making, and we are working tirelessly to serve you better every day. We look forward to continuing to work with you to support your business goals. In the coming months, you will hear directly from the Fishbowl executive team about more exciting improvements happening in 2023.?
