A Message from the CEO - A Look Back at 2024: Celebrations, Wins, and our 2025 Focus
As we close out 2024, I’d like to take a moment to reflect on what’s been an exceptional year for LUXXE Outsourced Hotel Services. This year, we have celebrated numerous achievements, adapted to industry changes, and invested to pave the way for a forward-thinking 2025. In the ever-evolving landscape of hospitality, staying responsive to clients, customer feedback, trends and being innovative in our approach has never been more crucial.
Celebrations and Wins
2024 brought many milestones for LUXXE. We expanded our portfolio with several new properties across Australia, broadening our client base, and strengthened relationships with existing partners. These wins reflect our commitment to excellence, from our comprehensive training programs to the seamless service delivery our teams bring to each hotel we operate in.
Each new property and client represents not just growth for LUXXE, but also our adaptability and dedication to delivering high standards and the feedback from our clients has been both inspiring and valuable, helping us to refine our services and look at new ways to add value.
What We’ve Learned in 2024
This year underscored the importance of flexibility and innovation. Our clients are seeking solutions that allow them to operate efficiently while catering to the evolving expectations of their guests. Sustainability, technology integration, and elevated guest experiences are at the forefront of these changes.
One key takeaway has been the necessity of building flexibility into parts of the operation. From the types of services we offer to the ways we manage teams, it’s clear that agility is essential for meeting our clients’ diverse and dynamic needs.
Preparing for the Future: Embracing Technology and Sustainability
Looking to the future, LUXXE is committed to trialling technological integration and continuing our safe and sustainable practices. We’re excited to be trialling advanced robotics and automation tools, including robotic scrubbers, vacuums, and window cleaning units. These technologies are more than just innovations; they’re solutions that address real needs in today’s operations.
Robotics technology is a powerful tool that enables us to take on repetitive, physically demanding tasks, alleviating the risk of injury for our team members. For example, robotic floor scrubbers that mop and dry simultaneously ensure a safer environment and allow team members to focus on other public area cleaning needs of the operation. These robots optimise efficiency, taking on the laborious tasks that can cause strain, this in turn benefits both team safety and operational productivity.
Importantly, while robotics bring new capabilities, they aren’t replacing our team members, instead, they enhance our team’s capacity, ensuring that LUXXE provides a seamless experience and optimal service delivery. Feedback from clients has shown that these advancements are often a talking point among guests—highlighting the commitment of both LUXXE and our hotel partners to cutting-edge, guest-focused service.

Going Paperless and Enhancing Real-Time Operations
In our ongoing pursuit of operational efficiency, LUXXE is also integrating software apps and platforms that not only make us paperless but also connect directly with each hotel’s Property Management System (PMS). This allows us to manage operations in real-time, eliminating delays and ensuring seamless service from check-in to check-out. Real-time tech integration benefits every aspect of our work, keeping us agile, responsive, and focused.?
Our investment in technology and sustainability is a key pillar of our 2025 strategy. By integrating with hotel PMS systems and adopting innovative tech solutions, we ensure our operations are not only efficient but also environmentally conscious—a priority for LUXXE and an increasing expectation from our clients.

As we look towards 2025, LUXXE will continue investing in our people with our WH&S training and practices remaining at the forefront, we will be advancing our technology capabilities, and prioritising sustainability. It is an exciting time to see the opportunities these innovations will bring and we remain dedicated to building partnerships that strengthen our industry and bring real value to our clients.
The next year promises to be one of growth and innovation, and I am confident that together, we will continue to be a leader in the industry in providing outstanding outsourced hotel services.
