A Message from the CEO of Breaking Talent

To my Talents and Production Crew Members on my friends' list...here’s a message from my heart and I hope you get a chance to read it.

I see the projects and things that all of you are doing because I follow your social media and trust me, I’m proud of the things that you're doing! You're getting a chance to expand your experience and gain the credibility of calling yourself a Professional...and if there’s anyone that understands that, it’s me!

I KNOW what it feels like to finally start earning money and be paid to show up to a set or event!

However, as you're doing your thang and life is moving at a fast pace...take a moment to look around. You're a part of a project, doing a gig or a trade-show. You're running around from the dressing room to the set or standing in a large meeting room as vendors and attendees walk past you in awe at the event. These are all great things in their own respect because it can be both exhilarating and fun!

But at the end of the shoot, at the end of the event when the last light has been turned off, ask yourself...was this project really moving you into the direction of your dreams...where the world gets to take notice of YOU and you were able to leave a lasting impression on their minds that stuck like glue? What about you was individually broadcasted...what about you was made to be shown as the special Talent that you truly are?

Or were you one amongst a sea of bodies, a prop with a pretty face or a person that can hold a camera and do what’s told of them? Were you just another piece of a very large jigsaw puzzle, and while valuable because the puzzle couldn't be completed without you...were you just another piece of the puzzle nonetheless?

What does that have to do with me and what I’m doing in my neck of the woods? It’s very simple to explain:

I don’t operate the same way...and actually never have with any of the multitude of Artists, Talents or companies that I’ve worked with. To me, everyone is an individual...with real goals that are not only valuable but also can be mutually beneficial as we have a common goal...and that is to CREATE and be able to express our talents. That’s the main benefit that you’ll get working with me, even if it's on just one project...and that’s a rare virtue in the Entertainment business.

Bottom line...what I do and offer is about bringing out the essence of who YOU really are...and letting it shine through like a diamond. I’m in love with seeing people’s magnificence and feeling like I had a part in bringing it out.

Why?

Because I did the same thing for myself when no one even knew who I was.

And now it’s my goal and mission to do the same for others.

I say this to advise you to just remember that while your doing your thang, not to get caught up in what a few dollars will take from you...and that's the time and efforts that it's going to take to truly build yourself up, because no one can make that happen for you unless you take the initiative. Don't trade one job for another, because then you'll wake up one day and feel like it's just a job and the passion will be gone. After all, that's what's driving you right now...the passion and the dream to do what your heart feels...and you're determined to get there, even if you have to do it one gig at a time. But sometimes that may actually be the slowest way to go, because it's not about how MANY gigs and projects that you do, it's actually about WHAT you do that sets you apart from the rest!

With Breaking Talent, no way are you ever going to come around us and be just another body to add to our Roster. Not only do we get excited about the possibilities that we can create working TOGETHER but we also believe in and want to see you grow into every bit of who you can be!

The reality is...we are a new company and we have very big plans to make a name for ourselves in the future...but we can’t do that without you! We can’t do that without talented people who will be excited about US just as much as we are about you...because trust me, when someone like you comes around and we have the opportunity to work with you, behind the scenes we BRAG to our own people about all of the possibilities that we can do with you!

When your out there going about your day to day schedule...remember that there’s a group of people in Las Vegas that’s dreaming of working with you and doing what it is that we absolutely love doing...creating infinite possibilities with powerfully produced content!

Don’t let the fact that we may sometimes have no budget at the time stop you from giving us a chance to work on a project...because real talk, that’s only very temporary and anyone making the effort to give us a shot will be glad that they did!

Invest your time into us like we will do for you, and in return you’ll get something that will not just add to your resumé, but add to your future!
