Many of us, including myself, get caught up in the “things” we want to get done, thinking that’s the only way toward our desires.

Yet, when we stop for a moment and realize we are enough in this moment — we have nothing to prove, nothing to take, and we need nothing to complete us — we then realize the one and only job required of us is simply to aim for unconditional love.

Loving yourself no matter the outcomes, no matter the circumstances, no matter your feelings.

We can learn to love ourselves even in moments of frustration, stress, and overwhelm.

We are all vessels of the Universe.

I’ve chosen to stop and listen, and when I do, I receive the questions you might be asking yourself, and the answers you and I need to hear in these moments.
