Last week I had the honor of giving the commencement speech to the undergraduate class of 2023. This is a turning point in my career because I've discovered that the journey to success is more than one path. As you navigate, your career opportunities will appear in different ways. We, as humans, need to be receptive and ready for when these opportunities arise.

Empowerment means recognizing your strengths and abilities, believing in yourself, and taking action to achieve your goals.

"Transforming oneself is a constant process of growth, learning, and adaptation. It's the process of evolving into the best version of oneself," said Bryant. You have the power to create the life you want, and it starts with believing in yourself."

Transformation is challenging and requires hard work and dedication. Throughout my tech career, I have had many ups and downs navigating the industry, but the following has allowed me to persevere and remain on top.
